I'm absolutely one of the best restaurants in Seguin. The food is amazing the staff is friendly it is a little noisy when the band is playing but that was actually part of the draw, so if you're looking for a nice night out with dinner and drinks I highly suggest this location

This was our first time at the Power Plant and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The ambience is perfect!! I had no idea a hidden gem like this existed in Seguin. The skinny, spicy margarita was tasty and the rueben sandwich was delicious. Service was A+ too! We will deflinitely return for another visit. Highly recommend!

The restaurant was scheduled to close 15 minutes after our reservation. The manager and a waiter did offer to keep the restaurant open but we didn’t want to risk disgruntled cooks.

Interesting and beautiful location given it is in an historic power plant. But the food was not up to the quality of most other sit-down restaurants. Less than average quality. Someone needs to buy that place and put in better quality food. The place was nearly empty on a Friday at Noon, which says something about how others feel about it. It could really pull in a crowd with better quality food.
