The noise level was high because the restaurant was packed at the busiest time. 3 hours later it was much quieter

Don't bother making a reservation; it will mean nothing, and they will not honor it. We arrived for our 7:15 reservation at 7:10 and were told we would have to wait at least an hour. The staff could not have been more rude. The lobby made me feel like I was waiting for a table at Chiles or TGI Friday's. When you are fortunate to live in a town with numerous excellent restaurants, there is no reason to subject yourself to rude staff and an outfit that is so greedy they overbook their tables. Do yourself a favor, if you are craving Italian, go visit Pizza de Lino, Andiamo, Osteria, etc., you will be treated like you matter, they will honor your reservation and you will have a much better experience. Sadly, Pranzo is now a Zero!

Amazing food. Try the salmon. Service sort of declined as the evening got busier. Very loud and I was with 2 hearing aid wearers, so it was challenging to talk. But we'll be back.

On such a busy night as Christmas Eve, the service was efficient and friendly, the Chef personally came by to check on us, and the food was delicious! Between the three of us we started with the Frito Misto and shared a Caesar salad with fresh anchovies. Our entrees included the Crispy Chicken Thighs (polenta, fennel, white beans, and olives), the Paglia e Fieno, house made pasta in a creamy parmesan sauce with peas, and the Gamberoni, with shrimp and sundried tomatoes. A wonderful evening, thank you Pranzo!

Hostess was incredibly unprofessional and rude. While food was pretty good, we will not go back. Hostess was unacceptably impolite which ruined the experience for us. She kept squeezing between me and a doorway (our table was oddly in the doorway). There was not enough room to do so and she literally was hitting me with her body. All the other staff used the regular doorway to the room. When I asked her to please stop she rolled her eyes at me.

Christine is amazing. We had a reservation on Christmas Eve for dinner. It was busy, but every single person was smiling and kind. Our server Christine was so attentive and had great recommendations - her recommendations were spot on. We wish we saved room for the dessert she recommended too. Great job all the way around for everyone there, working on an evening that no doubt could have been spent with their own families. We appreciate you!

Our waiter , Truitt, was fantastic. Personable, informative and so interesting. Our food was great. Linguine Vongole, and the seafood appetizer particularly. Great time.

We love Pranzo's, the family-owned and operated restaurant which is conveniently located 3 blocks from the Santa Fe plaza and offers some of the best Italian food in town! Their cozy lounge features exposed vigas & cove ceiling, generous windows (which bring in lots of natural light), and a beautiful bar which had ongoing traffic the day we were there but not so crowded and not so loud that we couldn't have a nice conversation. Upon arrival, our friendly maitre' d greeted us and logged in our reservation, then promptly prepared a high top table for lunch. Fresh bread, olive oil, and a classic Caesar salad were perfect starters; we then enjoyed a dish of Ravioli and one of Spagettini Nonna, both of which were delicious and came in generous portions. Their house-made tiramisu should not be missed. And we finished with a couple of espresso coffee drinks. Special thanks to Truitt, our attentive server, Steve, Chef/Owner and all the professional staff at Pranzo's. We've decided that Christmas Eve lunch at Pranzo'a is now a family tradition though we can't wait to visit their ristorante again soon.
