We needed to grab a bite to eat before heading to a concert. Pratt Street Alehouse was perfect. Zoe, our server, was amazing!

Good food and nice experience. Expected it busier with Ravens' game but enjoyed a much quieter meal without all the noise and fans. Our waitress was great and the overall staff was friendly. I will visit again and hope its just as quiet. The food could have been served closer to what was ordered (well-done versus medium). All-in-all a nice time with my wife.

The crab mac and cheese was excellent and the vegetable medley that came with it was the BEST that I have ever had. Added a $3 side Caesar salad that was almost a meal in itself. Zoe, our waitress was on top of things and the woman that sat us was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I must say that overall, this was one of my favorite dining experiences.

You would think they'd be ready for a pregame O's crowd. Got there at 2:00pm. Food served at 3:30pm. Enough said

Dined at 12:30 pm on a Saturday before an O's game. My party of four was seated upstairs to the left, in the small "Library" room. When we arrived, all tables in the room - except ours - had been assembled for a large party (15 or so) who were having an early lunch. Not a big deal... except they were no doubt the loudest group of customers I've ever dined with. They were literally yelling over each other, and my group could not have a conversation without screaming at each other. Not really the restaurant's fault, but these things do detract from the dining experience. Thankfully, that group left about midway through our meal, which took a LONG time. We arrived at 12:30 and our food got to us around 1:45... very sloooooow. Our server was nice and enthusiastic, and the food for three of us was good - we three had burgers; the exception was my son's grilled cheese, which was barely room temperature by the time it arrived. Overall, not the greatest experience. I've eaten at the Ale House one other time and it was more enjoyable then. I'd give it another try mostly due to its convenient location - we were attending an event at the convention center and you can't get much closer.

My friend didn’t get her meal until the entire rest of the table had finished and it was time for us to leave and go back to our conference. When the checks came, my friend asked the waitress if her food could be free because of how long it took. She only ended up with a 15% discount (about $3) but still had an added tip of 20%. Her whole bill should have been taken care of. Another friend ended up being charged for two checks instead of just his own. It took several discussions and a long time to sort out. The food was good though!

We were visiting from out of town for a Cubs game. The location was perfect. Our waitress was very attentive and patient with us while we decided on what to order. The margarita was really good and I just wish I had a little more crab on my crab cobb salad. My friend had the crab cake sandwich and it was a good size. Otherwise, it was a nice pub style restaurant

Very good overall, the music was a little loud. They have an automatic 20% tip added to the bill which is the biggest downside considering the high cost of meal in the first place. Tips are to reward good service so the point of requiring a tip basically just means the cost of the meal is 20% higher than published on the menu.
