   Made a reservation for a business client for four on Saturday. We knew Predalina only had outdoor available, but with the beautiful outdoor patio they have and the amazing FL weather, we thought it would be no problem. When we showed up, there was a 4 top table on the patio and my fiance said "I hope that's ours". Well instead, the hostess walked us through the indoor restaurant (which was beautiful btw) all the way to a back patio that was dirty and filled with dogs and little kids... not quite the impression we were trying to make with our business client. The seats were covered in dirt, and there were heaters stored. It just looked like the seating for people with animals. Amazing food and great service! Just the ambiance was a let down, when we were so hyped to go specifically for that reason...

   We sat at the bar and had delicious craft cocktails and appetizers at happy hour, then had an incredible dinner with very tasty Mediterranean dishes. The bartenders were incredibly engaging and entertaining, we had great conversation with other couples sitting at the bar with us. Would highly recommend Predalina for ambience, service, and fresh creatively prepared drinks and food.

   We had a lovely experience with our waiter who was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, however the food was mediocre at best. Of the four of us, no one had a raving review and it was definitely not worth the price. Salmon, Flank Stank, Wagyu Kabob, and Chicken Kabob with mashed potatoes, zucchini, and Brussels sprouts. It was all bland, lukewarm, and simply underwhelming. The drinks weren’t great either. The best part of the night was interacting with our server, John. Honestly, don’t recommend.

   We had an AMAZING time! Rex at the bar was super nice and made great cocktails and Omar was our server and he was helpful and nice! We appreciated a visit from the managers Arron and Jason to check on us and our food and gave great recommendations, the whole experience was fantastic. The steak waygu kababs are to die for! Will defo come back!

   We had a poor experience at Predalina for a Saturday night dinner for two. They sat us at a corner table for two, up against a wall and a divider curtain which unfortunately truly made you feel shoved into a corner. The room was so cold we were wearing our outdoor jackets during dinner. They sat a loud and drunken party of 8 adults next to us, they arrived to dinner already drunk. Even the staff was visibly frustrated with their behavior, loudness, what they were doing to the food, yet no one at Predalina acknowledged what it was doing to our dining experience. Our waitress was very nice and the food was good but the experience was bad enough to not want to return.

   We started with drinks. My wife had wine and I had the Oliviera. The cocktail was amazing. We had the zucchini chips appetizer. The feta dip was a delightful addition the thinly sliced and breaded zucchini. I had the scallops and my wife had the snapper. We shared the mashed potatoes. All were wonderful. We had coffee and shared the rolled baklava. Again amazing!!!

    The food was amazing, but it was expensive. There were four of us, and we shared a Wagyu steak along with two appetizers. Each of us had two cocktails, and we shared one dessert. Our total bill came to over $400. While I was very happy with the service and the quality of the food, it was definitely a splurge that I wouldn't be able to do again.
