   This is the second time we’ve dinned here. This time I was disappointed with the stuffed Sole. I had to use a knife to cut through it almost saw it. It was that hard. It wasn’t soft and tender like I would’ve hoped for $45. Either it wasn’t a good piece of fish or it was overcooked.

   Kelsey was our server and she was so sweet and attentive. All the food was amazing! The meatballs are a must!

   My date and I had a very enjoyable lunch…this included a scallops w/ rice, Sea Bass with spinach, garlic bread, and a salad… this was complemented by a bottle of Far Niente Chardonnay… Prego’s was almost empty during our 2:30-4:30 experience, with just two other tables occupied by guests… our waiter was attentive, with an impressive willingness to recommend specific entrees while steering us away from certain other dishes (such as the “Sole”)… His “Sea Bass” recommendation proved to be a highlight, one of the tastiest seafood dishes my experienced palate has ever tasted… The scallops were a bit tough (possibly overcooked)… The wine was perfectly chilled and our waiter attentively added to our glasses each time the liquid levels dropped… Overall, the experience was quite pleasant, with the ambiance being on the sophisticated side… The total price for our two entrees, a salad side, the garlic bread, and bottle of wine was $240.00… this was considerably steeper than anticipated for our orders, therefore I would only recommend the restaurant to diners who are not particularly concerned with “price” considerations…

   - if you have a birthday and bring cake, they charge $30 to keep it in the fridge - the hostess asked us if we wanted to put the cake in the fridge and didn’t tell us that there was extra cost

   The check in process was chaotic. The usherer (lady) was borderline rude to us. After making us wait, They took us to a table and later said it was the wrong table. We had to switch our table for no apparent reason. Food was so so. Service was good.

   I have been going to Prego for many years and I've never been unsatisfied. Food is very well prepared the ambience is excellent perfect place just to unwind and relax to a good meal.

   My experience: 15 years in fine dining. I liked my booth and the ambiance. The service was at the level of Denny’s. The host ended up taking our drink orders and droped off the drinks. Then asked if we wanted to put in an appetizer. We elected for more time. Server pops his head in for micro second we order the meatballs which was delicious. Of course when they arrived our server failed to put down share plates so the food runner had to go get them. Server stops by again to get our entrees. I ask him for specific recommendations and some basic questions about some staple menu items and it’s the old everything is good great choice great choice. We order… he disappears. Food hits the table which he delivered. No fresh black pepper in hand for the two pasta dishes we ordered. I got the del mare pasta it was par for the course. Nothing I’d go back for. After dropping the dishes, at least 30min went by with no check back. How’s the food? Would you like more wine? Nothing! Sat with an empty glass of wine with no water that was ever brought or offered. My daughter sitting with an empty glass of lemonade. Price point vs service was laughable and amateur at best. I won’t be going back. For the money you’ll spend; you deserve better food and service it’s that simple.

   Food and service were excellent. Wine glasses looked and felt like they were from Dennys, totally not appropriate for upscale dining.

   Drinks were great, appetizers were delicious. Ordered the Filet Minon, very tasty lobster ravioli.
