This is the second time we dined at Presleys. First time we had great food and service. We enjoyed the experience so much the next time we were in Detroit for a Broadway show we returned to Presleys. The waitress was pleasant but didn’t see her much. The music was so loud , we asked to have it turned down so we could hear ourselves. She said she’d try but we didn’t notice and asked again. She said something about the music must be just above the noise level. Not sure why. I had a power bowl with chicken(had it the last time with salmon-was delicious) the dressing was very heavy and the chicken was burnt. The rest of the meals were good. I will it one more try at a later date because “one offs” do happen- we shall see.

After posting a review, I was invited to return by the manager for brunch on March 2, 2025. Arrive at the restaurant waited roughly 15 minutes we seated. We had a party of three as we approached the table. We noticed spots on the wall adjacent to the table. Turns out that it was not spots at all, but flying insects (nets). Made the manager aware; we were the reseated at the next table. I spoke to the manager in regards to the infestation of nets. She exclaimed that they're always nets around the bar. She explained this, as if all of this is acceptable in the food industry. Moving on to the food; order two fluffy, pancake meals want to include potatoes, and two eggs scramble; both with bacon crispy, but not burnt; one steak and eggs for potatoes; biscuits; and three orange juices. Took approximately 30 to 45 minutes to receive the partial meal. It seems that the waiters do not write or note any of the orders so it is quite common that Something will be missed from your order. Did not receive the biscuits did not receive the side of potatoes with the two eggs scrambled. Towards the end of the meal manager brought these things out, but the meal was done. Although the manager did cover the cost of the meal. That cannot count for the time wasted. It seems that Presley has quite a few things that need to be fixed. Third time is not a charm. White staff needs to be more attentive and more punctual when it comes to serving the orders that were requested by the customers. Would not recommend this location for anything more than drinks at the bar; and I only say this because l've never had drinks at the bar. So I do not have any experience with that so I can't say whether or not that will be a failed experience.

I believe that this place could have been better it was just poor for us. Our food was cold and we waited too long for it. No explanation and when I said something they just warmed and returned it. I was not happy.

The service was good. My daughter loved the dish with the biscuits. I had the omelette and it was ok! Great atmosphere!

The mimosa kit was well worth it! The biscuits and gravy were a good size portion for the money. I would definitely go back!

The food was good, I have no complaints at all. We both had lobster in our meals and the portions were generous. Alyssa, our waitress was the best, she was attentive and super personable. The atmosphere was lovely and overall we had a wonderful experience.

Waitress didn’t check in on us once after our meals were given. I asked for no kalamata olives and they were still on the salad. No itemized receipt was given
