The food was OUTSTANDING. Steak was cooked absolutely perfectly,. Seasoned just right. Upgraded our sides to garlic whipped and was not disappointed.for dessert we were informed they have a pastry chef in house and l desserts were made fresh. After a very hard decision we planned on a chocolate truffle cake and it DELICIOUS. A perfect dessert to end our meal . Our cocktails were tasty and beautiful. Service was AMAZING. Our server knew menu items , and had fantastic recommendations. Checked on us frequent enough that we were never without anything. Water was ice cold and always filled , our finished dishes where picked up as they where being pushed aside. The lighting and ambience was absolutely perfect for date night . Seating was comfortable and intimate. We will be returning in the future.

Hostess was rude from the start. They charge added fee for credit/debit card. They charge 18% gratuities no matter the size of your party. No real reason for service staff to provide excellent customer service.

The food was good for me and my father in law my wife said her steak was better the previous time we were there my mother in law was expecting more lamb for the price she paid

We love the ambiance of Primal Cut, the bar service is excellent , there were 3 servers Karen took care of my wife and I, the Martinis were incredible. Table service is excellent our server was Alaina very proficient explaining the menu, bus service was excellent clearing the table, at Primal Cut there are 4 servers that take care of your drinks, dinner and desert. My wife had the Chicken Marsala the wine sauce was perfect, I hade the Ribeye medium horseradish and mushroom cap so tender absolutely delicious.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. When we walked in for a 3P reservation, we waited almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged by an employee. We were finally greeted with “Reservation?” (No hello, how are you? Sorry for the wait) to the background of a phone blaring obnoxiously loud. I asked my husband if it was his phone, and the person who greeted us said it was their cell phone. We kind of knew then where this experience was going sadly. We decided to sit at the bar, since the only room open was the spill-over dining room which many have mentioned feels very cold/weird lighting in previous reviews. The woman who greeted us then sat at the bar and had a very loud conversation on her cell phone while eating a meal. It felt very unprofessional when we were about to spend $200-300. We both ordered our steaks Medium, and my husbands came out Medium Rare. While the bartender was fantastic, the quality of the service /ambiance and the quality of the food will stop us from returning again. Please train your staff in optics/etiquette when promoting/working at an upscale dining establishment.

Bone in ribeye was awesome as were the lamb chops. Never had a bad meal here everything is excellent.
