Coming from Phoenix I made a reservation and had to use my credit card. I will return to that statement in the end. The ambience was decent…midevil theme. We had the filet and lobster tail with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus as sides. The lobster tail and mashed potatoes were pretty good. This restaurant is no better than Longhorn Steakhouse and Longhorn is a chain restaurant. The waitress’s were dressed like they worked in a sports bar. I had high hopes but was disappointed because of the fact they made me use a credit card to make a reservation. I thought it would be nicer. I was disappointed.

It was our first time dining at Primal and it was a great experience. Tabatha our server was fantastic and the food was great! The atmosphere was very cool, and I would definitely come back. My only complaint is that it was my wife’s birthday and they were aware, but did not do a candle or anything besides saying Happy Birthday when we checked in.

Service at Primal is top notch. From the personal greeting & seating from Tiny to the attentive care from Andy for our dinner, we couldn’t have asked for more. Our cocktails were lovely (Old Fashion & French 75). We ordered the 50 oz porterhouse for the 3 of us and it was wonderful! Cooked to perfection and delicious! The Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve had and easily served the 3 of us. Our sides were the asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. Neither were great and were both very small. We ended with the chocolate lava cake and the crème brûlée, both were delicious though the top of the crème brûlée was a little burnt. In spite of those few drawbacks, we did enjoy our dinner and are glad we went. Try it out!

Loved the Viking theme of the restaurant. Steaks were perfect.

This was our first time in Vegas and we wanted a really good steakhouse to celebrate our anniversary and after looking at a couple different places, we decided that Primal was the one for us. Everything from start to finish was amazing. The decor was really fun, it had a Viking/old school medieval vibe but not in a cheesy was and the staff were very attentive yet not overwhelming. Our waiter recommended the beef carpaccio which was not only amazing but beautifully presented and we ended up splitting the 28oz Delmonico. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly and our sides were good as well. We ended with another recommendation from our waiter which was the chocolate brownie cheesecake and it did not disappoint. They even brought out a house made macaroon to help celebrate our anniversary which I thought was very nice. I would definitely recommend Primal if you’re looking for a good steak with a good atmosphere!

Food was excellent & the service was stellar. The manager, Tony, came over to introduce himself when we sat down &, after making a small error with our order, resolved the problem proactively well above what was expected. I'd go back & highly recommend the restaurant!

Always an incredible meal here. Impeccable service, Giovanni and his staff elevate always (Derek was our waiter this visit -fabulous!) the ambience, great wine selection always makes Primal a worthy choice for your special occasions. *****
