   Food was OK. Sides were way too small and were not great. Desserts were very good. Did not care for the ambiance of the restaurant. Service was good.

   First time visiting Prime 131 with my husband and teenage son. We were all pleasantly full, feeling energized with ambiance and feeling like Gustavo knew us forever! We will definitely be back.

   Service was tops. Ordered everything and everyone enjoyed. Happy to see a high end restaurant in the neighborhood. This may be my new go to.

   The service was top-notch. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. He was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. The place was gorgeous! We tried the dragon roll, lobster toast, waygu strip steak, mac and cheese, and grilled asparagus for our savory dishes. My only complaint is that the asparagus could have used a touch of salt. That food was great. The serving sizes were perfect. For dessert, we got the cheesecake and the lemon and lime. Both were so good and really fun to eat. We will be back.

   Overall we had a nice experience, it started out incredibly strong when the restaurant was slower but towards the end the service really started to slack. We waited 45 minutes for a dessert and to close out our bill which was bizarre. The food was mostly great! Our particular favorite was the naan with the labneh dip - stellar. The end of the meal just unfortunately put a negative taste in our mouth. We are on the fence if we will try it again.

   Came for anniversary dinner. Was sat in a side room with and elevated view. Couldn’t decide if that was a plus or minus for me. Bar started slow but caught up. All the drinks were good. Oysters, naan and labnuh and shishito peppers started out. All great. Then we had the Omakase platter and it was great. Tv in our room had fireplace video playing but then switched to commercials for a few mins and that was distracting. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. Her assistant was Johnny on the spot. Would recommend.

   The chicken fried lobster was so delicious. The steak was yummy too.

   Last evening was an improvement from our October experience. The staff were clearly improved from that evening in light of an even busier crowd coupled with a new trainer Thanks Louie was the main exceedingly talented wait staff

   A "MUST TRY" restaurant, especially for steak lovers. Great open concept with the best look, vibe, and smell to prepare you for a fantastic experience. As a first timer here and celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, it was a memorable experience that already has us wanting to return. For us, it was well worth the hour drive and we look forward to our next visit.
