Our menu pays homage to American steakhouse classics at the same time encourages our guests to explore innovative interpretations and nontraditional additions. Prime 141 offers an expertly curated menu that spotlights superior steaks, amazing sides, rad juice by the glass and yummy craft cocktails.

Our mood, service and menu are inspired from our culinary explorations, work and travels spanning nearly 40 years, 20 years developing world class restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, 18 years raising our family right here in Southern Highlands.

For us Southern Highlands is HOME, we want Prime 141 to be warm, welcoming, experiential, and delicious.

    One of the best New Year's experiences. We had drinks at the bar before dinner. The Aries is a must for martini lovers!! Good friends, excellent service, outstanding food. My filet was perfection!!!

    Overall really good dinner, service and ambience. We are from San Diego, and wanted a nice dinner for an early 40th for my wife. Would go again and recommend to others!

    Serena the General Manager gave us VIP service with Marcus the All Star waiter. Food and drink were special as usual!
