If you’re in the mood for an evening of good food and elevated ambiance, pull up a seat at Prime 3 Steakhouse, in Historic Downtown Leesburg, FL, with flair. By serving premium steaks and fine wines, we hope to provide an elegant and family-friendly dining experience for everyone in our community. Try our mouth-watering prime rib or seared scallops or our Norwegian Salmon. Pair it with a fine wine and treat yourself to a top-notch meal.
Don't forget to try our creme Brulee or Craft-Made Ice Cream for dessert. Now open for Lunch Mon-Friday 11am to 2pm. No reservations are required for lunch.

Phil took wonderful care of us. The food was great. All the staff were terrific.

Not a pleasant experience. The waiter was astonishingly inattentive. Service was quite slow taking 2 hours and 15 minutes to get from seating to paying. My fish entree had the moisture of plain flour. By the time I got someone's attention my spouse was long finished with her dinner and now being 1 hour and 55 minutes into this meal, we were in no mood to wait while a replacement piece of fish was cooked nor was my spouse in a mood to sit and watch me consume the offered replacement so we declined it eat the included desert, get the check, pay and depart to never return.

Awesome service and food as we have come to expect at Prime 3. Inside noise is still loud so we usually eat outside. Which doesn’t have much ambiance as it’s right on the sidewalk and you have the street noise as well as people walking between the tables on the sidewalk.

BEST restaurant in the tri- county area! It never disappoints! Our server Jill and trainee Meagan were terrific! Grouper Fromage was delicious and the filet tender and cooked to perfection! Fine dining! A hidden gem in Leesburg 😍

We all had the prime rib and we were not greatly impressed. The flavor was good, but most everyone encountered considerable fat and some gristle which should not be the case at that price point. The evening was not ruined but it was not as spectacular as we were hoping for.

Saturday night kitchen very slow, don't book large parties if the kitchen can't keep up. New bartender working on a busy night with no experience not a good idea.

This was an excellent choice to celebrate by Dads 92nd birthday! Excellent food and service. The piano player played happy birthday and the whole restaurant sang for my Dad!

We had a very nice dinner including steaks and prime rib. Christian was our waiter and did an excellent job!!! Great place for dinner in Leesburg.

The food was excellent but the music was so loud we couldn’t hear our friends sitting in our booth! Either lower the level or forget the musician. I probably won’t come back again if I know the music is still too loud. Too bad because the food was excellent.
