Nouveau steakhouse sensationnel de Miami, le StripSteak by Michael Mina se trouve au sein de l'hôtel Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Servant des repas en salle ou en plein air, ce restaurant de 2 étages offre un cadre branché, ludique, élégant et plein de charme. Situé à côté du hall du château historique au cœur de l'hôtel, le StripSteak est essentiellement un steakhouse pour le convive aventureux d'aujourd'hui - proposant des steaks à la carte (la plupart provenant de la chambre de maturation de l'hôtel et de la boucherie), ainsi que des spécialités signature qui vont bien au-delà d'un steakhouse traditionnel. Great menu options for a variety of palates. The crab doughnut appetizer was *chef’s kiss*. It wasn’t anything I expected - but in a good way. Our entrees were delicious and the shareable mac and cheese side (with ditalini pasta and bacon) was a meal in itself. A great experience overall!

Took approximately an hour just to get our soup appetizer. The server kept making excuses and we eventually had to ask for manager. The poor service ruined the whole experience for us, will not return.

First time at Prine 54 and it did not disappoint. The hostess was gracious, our server, Janine, was fantastic and the food very good. The oysters and crab claws and steak tartare were outstanding! My steak was good. I’m not sure it was worth the price point, but nevertheless, enjoyed it. It is Miami Beach, after all! All on all, and enjoyable experience.

Had an amazing anniversary dinner here. Chef brought us over a glass of champagne, which I thought was very nice. Had an amazing filet dinner with buttery mashed potatoes. Would 100% come back here while visiting in Miami. Waitress and hostess were super sweet as well. Highly recommend 🥰

The Wagyu was seriously oversalted so beware and ask for light salt if that is an issue. For me it takes away from the obvious quality of the meat. Otherwise, food was very good.

Very loud, service slow, my business clients were unimpressed. After specifying the importance of this meeting and the atmosphere needed I was very disappointed.
