   Great family business. First time dining here and everything we had from the starters to dessert was great. Service was attentive and friendly. Will happily be back.

   We should have known when the bread was delivered burnt and crispy prior to our meal. We had to send back two separate filet dinners for being undercooked and each time they recooked a new steak, the steak came back rarer than the last time. They did remove the steaks after 3x but very disappointed in the experience.

   First time diner, party of 6 and we all enjoyed our meals, service was very good and the environment was very comfortable. Not pretentious….all about good food, service and hospitality. we will return, know if order the dry aged steak for 2-4 it is a LOT of steak!!

    This was my first time visiting Prime. Our group sat there for 30-40 mins before being greeted by the server. We then waited another hour for our food to be brought to the table. We ordered 2 hamburgers, 2 chicken parm , and 1 surf and turf. When the food arrived to the table it was Luke warm , not hot. Some spots were actually cold. The waiter never refilled our drinks as he barely visited our table. I am willing to give the restaurant another chance because the food was pleasant , just wasn’t hot. Maybe it was just a bad night but it was not busy, I want to add.
