I had made a note that this was for my birthday and there was no mention of it or anything until after the bill was paid. The table next to us got a plate with happy birthday and a desert. So this was a disappointment. The pineapple express cocktail was so spicy I wish the waiter would’ve said something it was undrinkable for me. The ps roll was delicious as always but asking about another roll the waiter seemed annoyed and inconvenienced to answer questions. When I asked about the deserts he acted the same and told me to order all of them. 🙄 $200 for 2 people I expected better service and the noise level was bad even at 5pm. To make matters worse my date (who didn’t drink) got sick to his stomach when we got home.

My husband and I made a 7:15pm reservation, of which we arrived early for; however, we were not called up until closer to 7:30pm. Staff was super friendly, but the bartenders were making low-end liquor substitutes to drinks claiming they changed it, but the menu wasn’t updated. I requested a remake to reflect what the menu advertised. If you use lower quality liquor then the price should be lower. I’m not okay with paying high-end prices for low-end products.

It's a really cool place to go to. Nice atmosphere, tasty food and good cocktails with great views. A little pricey but still worth a try.

Melody was our hardworking server, she made our evening so special. She took photos of our group so that we could all be in the image. Spot on food and cocktails made it an awesome night to celebrate.

This was our first visit to PS. The staff were all very nice and professional and helpful. But when it came to actual service quality, they appeared to be spread too thin, or perhaps it was just our server. It took forever to get our drinks. The drinks were just ok. The smoke under glass thing is a bit much. Unfortunately we sat close to where they were being made so we had to breathe that during our entire time there. The food is nothing grand, just average. We did not care for how the food came out of the kitchen, meaning you might get one item of your order and then 15 mins later, you might get 1 or 2 of your menu selections. Nothing came out at the same time which was uncomfortable for us because we ordered individually. The ambiance at first appears very elegant and has a great view of the city, however, it is so loud in there that we could not hear each other at all. So if conversation or romance is what your looking for, this is not your place. If your looking for a trendy bar setting and food or service is not a concern, this is a place to go. All ages were in there, so perhaps not quit a meat market, it just reminded me of that type of atmosphere. We will not be returning. It is not quit our taste.

No restaurant we’ve ever dined at has gone to the lengths Prime Social goes to to provide us with the vegan options we desire. Chef Michael is terrific, his menu is creative and delicious. And it’s presented with so many nice personal touches. In effect, we are treated like VIPs. It’s a delightful dining experience made even better by the comfortable setting and the nice view.
