Our dinner was recommended by our server which was a great experience. We had things for dinner that we had not had before. It is very pricey however if you are looking for something exceptional for a very special occasion, this is the place.

Lefty was our server and did a great job. Food was also very good, with many interesting options.

I had a wonderful evening at Prime Steak and Raw Bar in Burlington. My friends and I were in the mood for some exciting seafood in a beautiful ambiance, so I chose Prime Steak. The welcome we received and the way we were seated were both authentic and impressive. We started with a few oysters, and Hanstel, our waitress, explained the preparation method, which was very interesting! Next, we enjoyed some visually appealing shrimp that really tantalized our taste buds. The mild, spicy aroma elevated the dining experience to a whole new level. Finally, the crab arrived, and it had an impressive appearance. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The shells were perfectly broken, and the meat was cooked just right, striking a nice balance between spicy and salty flavors. To finish off the meal, we indulged in dessert, which was enhanced by a magical presentation from the chef, complete with a touch of fire. It felt like we were watching a magician perform just for us. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, filled with great ambiance and delicious food. Special thanks to the chef and Hanstel for making it memorable!

Love the ambiance in the bar area. Excellent value and selection for Happy Hour. Friendly service and great drinks. A wonderful experience all around!

Went for Happy Hour... good value to be had as well as 50%off bottles of wine Server was pleasant. The explanations of each item however seemed scripted and pretentious. Some may appreciate but I personally do not as I am very familiar with food, food prep etc.. Oysters were excellent without the accompaniments. Wagyu sashimi was a miss.. grey and tasteless.. should be 100% raw OR quick sear to develop a crust. This was grey as if boiled (I don't think that it was boiled, it's just that it resembled boiled meat in both asthitics and taste) Biggest disappointment was Peach Melba.. visually and Insta worthy however lacking in substance. Fruit was unripe (see hard and tasteless). Ice cream was good Worth a happy hour return perhp sans Melba and Wagyu.
