James that waited our table was amazing! James’ interactions with his customers is truly rare to find, James is a huge asset and should be commended in every possible way by his employers. We will be back again! Hopefully to see James again! Well done mate! From the aussie honeymooners!

Unfortunately, our experience and expectations were ruined due to our meal. Our main courses were not cooked to our liking. I had to send my lamb chops back as I asked for rare and they were overcooked to a medium/medium well. When I received the new lamb chops they were butterflied and still overcooked. I did not eat them and did not want for another set to be cooked. They were taken off the bill, but this was not the anniversary dinner we had hoped for. As for the Wagyu, it was tasty, but my partner communicated it was undercooked to his liking. He ordered medium rare and it was rare. The service was great, but we did come here to celebrate an anniversary and most importantly the food. Traveling so far and getting our hopes up.

Review: A Perfect Romantic Evening at Prime Steakhouse, Niagara Falls I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prime Steakhouse in Niagara Falls, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the tone for a romantic evening. The restaurant’s elegant decor and floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking views of the falls, which were beautifully illuminated as night fell. The highlight of the evening was the fireworks display over the falls, perfectly timed to enhance our dinner. Watching the colorful explosions light up the sky while enjoying a sumptuous meal was nothing short of magical. The food was exceptional. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also shared a side of loaded potatoes and esparagus both of which complemented the meal perfectly. For dessert, the molten chocolate cake was a decadent finale to an unforgettable birthday evening. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want to treat yourself and a loved one to a romantic evening, Prime Steakhouse is the perfect choice. The combination of gourmet cuisine, stunning views, and the fireworks over Niagara Falls made it one of the most memorable dining experiences of my life. Highly recommended!

The WORST experience ever!! The server is not serve at all, and ignoring our request. The cooker just overcooked our main course, and I told all the scenario to the manager, he did NOTHING!!! They come all dishes together

Cons :Pretty expensive for what you get, they charge the "tourist tax". The view is nice if you're lucky enough to get seated at the window which we weren't even though we made reservations. The elevators take forever because they're renovating... Just overall a little frustrating. Pros: service is friendly even if a little slow. The falls did fireworks so we did get a bit of a show. They validate parking.

Not worth the money. Views were nice, drinks were good once we finally received them but food was overrated for the price.

While visiting the Niagara Falls for the first time my husband and I decided to have dinner at Prime Steakhouse, and I am so glad we did. From the time we walked in until the time we left the experience was awesome. From our views of the falls to see the fireworks to our AWESOME waiter Alvin everything was absolutely amazing! From his service, hospitality, and his recommendations was all on point!!! So if you guys ever are visiting, please please make dinner reservations and ask for ALVIN!!!
