We were very disappointed with the food. Ambience and service was good. The steak was not good at all and steaks eaten at most restaurants that are not "Steak Houses" were much better. It was very disappointing especially for this price. The pasta dish was way too creamy, overcooked pasta and absolutely had no flavor. The shrimp in the pasta seemed just thrown in pasta without having any seasoning added to it. It all tasted very cheap. I am not speaking for my guest but she did not eat the chicken parmesan.

Spent NYE at Prime, the only issue we had was it was freezing cold in the restaurant. Asked to ne seated somewhere warm and they sat us by the door. Good service ny Ryan and food was delicious.

Wonderful Christmas Eve meal. It was a Tuesday so the crooner was singing. Liked the fact that it was not overly loud. You could actually carry on a conversation. The food was excellent and the ambience was very old school steakhouse feel.

The drinks, food and service were amazing. We arrived early to enjoy a drink at the bar. The bartenders were very attentive and their drinks were on par. Once seated at the table, the server was great. One order was not correct when served but the staff immediately remedied. The only fault that I could list for the evening is the music. We went specifically to enjoy the Frank Sinatra music but it couldn’t be heard from our part of the restaurant. We had never been to Prime and were unaware of the setup. It would be nice to have speakers throughout so all patrons can enjoy the singer!

I really want to like this place but the food is just never that good. I love the idea of a 3 course meal but the meat is not good quality. I ended up ordering the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken (as I didn’t love my steak the visit before) and a chicken fried steak with flavorless noodles came out. I took 3 bites and left it. It was poorly seasoned and just overall not a good meal. My mom’s filet needed a saw to cut through. I hate leaving poor reviews. The service and entertainment were nice and the ambiance is good so it has that!

Service was great but the I don’t think the steak were prime meats. I got the surf and turf ribeye. It was very tough and they swapped it out for a filet mignon that too wasn’t tender like Ruth’s Chris or other steak house that serves prime meats. I’ve had better steak at Cheesecake Factory for less than half the price.
