    This place was incredible. The food was spectacular, the service was exceptional. It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny. Jake, our server, was great. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone who asks for good spots in Steamboat.

    We went for happy hour while we had family visiting in town that had never been here before. Everything started out wonderful until the food came. My husband asked for his burger with no mayo or tomato. He literally will not eat anything that Mayo has touched. The brussel sprouts were fabulous. I got the bakers dozen of oysters. The first five were absolutely delicious. The sixth one that I ate was bad to the point where I must have made a really funny face because everyone at the table stopped and asked me if I was okay. The bad spoiled oyster taste has been in my mouth ever since and ruined my appetite. When the server was in the process of clearing the plates he didn't really make mention of the fact that I only ate half of them until he was boxing. The food and I told him not to box those because one of them know was bad. He then proceeded to go and get his manager who came over very polite at first as I explained to her what happened, she goes well. Obviously I can add out for you a refund because you ate them. But I am happy to offer you new oysters. Seriously, why would I want more oysters that just made me curdle my stomach because they were bad. I was not willing and would never take the chance. Okay after that I was never offered at Sue to discount a gift certificate. Any sort of gesture for good faith? I have ran restaurants for years upon yours. I would never offer raw spoiled food to a customer who especially was complaining. How about getting raw spoiled food basic 101 of the food safety course that this said Manager is obligated to take The hours long course, unless two others who currently work in The Establishment have that certification. The family that we had in town as we have heard nothing but good things. Unfortunately, we will not be returning nor recommending in the future

    Great service, good and drinks! The space is really nice and the different seating arrangements allow for different kinds of experiences. We’ll be back!

    Excellent experience. Steaks were cooked perfectly, flavors were well-balanced, drinks were 10/10. Seating at the counter to watch the kitchen added an extra element of fun.

    The restaurant is very expensive and over-priced. We were surprised how long it took for a server to greet us. The food is very good. Although it was not on the dinner menu, we noticed someone nearby eating a hamburger. I, and one of my companions, ordered hamburgers. My burger was the best I ever had. I ordered a side of mushrooms and they too were delicious. My wife had the short ribs which were fork tender, but over-priced. My wife also had a 6 ounce glass of wine which cost $40. The wine was mediocre. Nice place but too expensive for my tastes for what we got. I won't return for a second visit.

    Primrose is always great! They have just switched to their fall menu which had some amazing selections. My filet was perfect! Served with a wine sauce and squash.
