   The food and experience was great. Really enjoyed their cocktails. Prices were great for Michelin star seafood restaurant. This is a restaurant I will come back to and recommend!

   The food, drinks and decor was superb. Unlike anything I’ve experienced before which was very refreshing.

   The bread and goat cheese/oil..amazing. Oysters, caviar spaghetti, and mussels in saffron broth all incredible.

   Amazing! Only complaint was that the server was not knowledgeable about the wine selection and kept trying to suggest us the cheapest options, or by the glass. Do with that information what you will. With that said, it is a well designed restaurant with a very balanced menu, and I looked AMAZING for choosing it as a first date spot.

   Absolutely delicious. The oysters, the duck and the Fior Di Latte are heaven. Atmosphere and decor are lovely. Staff is competent, efficient and friendly. Everything is top notch. Run to this restaurant. This place is an undiscovered star.

   Principe was a great experience. We were welcomed warmly, and seated at a great table downstairs. The server took drink and appetizer orders quickly while we scanned the menu. We had a party of 6 so we shared - tuna crudo, scallops, then salads and finally mains. The chicken was the overall favorite, but the branzino and duck were also fantastic! Then dessert -- decadent and delicious.

   Great meal, great service. Highly recommend ordering the ice cream sandwich for dessert with the Zucca “Rabarbaro” amaro on the side. Thank me later.
