   I have gone to Prohibition in Charleston and really liked it. Not the same experience in Columbia. The restaurant felt dirty. 3 of the meals my friend tried to order were out. Ordered a couple little things like ketchup and coffee - they never came back with them. The waitress ended up talking to another table for 10 minutes so while my friend had her food I had nothing for that entire time. I ended up having to get up to tell the waitress it seemed like a very long time for my food. Finally got it and it was just ok. The kicker was when we said we didn’t want boxes for leftovers because we were driving back to Charleston she said “All of that for you not to like the food?” All of what?? All of the meals we tried to order were out so we ordered what was left basically. Just not a good experience.

   First time and thought the ambience was awesome, food was great and service amazing. Live music was perfect, the band sounded great.

   Great experience. The hangar steak was probably the best steak I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The staff was cordial and the atmosphere was great.

   Prohibition is the perfect spot right on the corner of Main Street the food was amazing and the service was great. They have constructed a great atmosphere to dine on a date or just catch a bite with friends with drinks. Will definitely be back

   This was our first time eating here. The location is great with plenty of parking. The restaurant is perfect with a romantic atmosphere. Low lighting and candles on the table. The food was delicious and the prices are perfect.

   Visiting Columbia, nothing bad to report! Would come back and would recommend! Yummy deviled eggs, delicious burger.

   Prohibition is more of a fancy bar than a restaurant. The food was good, but not spectacular. The menu is mostly tapas style appetizers. The wine list is small, but reasonably priced. No bread service is a big negative. Also no dessert menu. On the plus side, our waiter Travis was very nice.

   We finally got to check out this newer restaurant and were pleasantly impressed! The ambiance was neat and intimate. The food choices were unique and the bar selections were endless! The deviled eggs and and wings were delicious! We will definitely be back!

    We went on a Sunday night so it was a pretty slow evening which made it nice and cozy. I absolutely LOVE the ambience in this place and the food and drinks are always fantastic! It's a little pricey but great for a special night out.
