   Terrific food and service. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived but filled up by the time we left. It was a little dark in terms of lighting

   Tay was an amazing hostess. We had a last minute group size change and they looked to accommodate us. The food was great. Overall had a great time.

   Service was great and food was good but this place smells like sewage. It hits you in the face the moment you walk in the door the odor is so strong. I really could not get past the smell to enjoy the meal. Our server was truly a lovely.

   I have been a satisfied Prole customer for a time now. Last night's dinner gave me pause. The dinner was early, at 6:30pm and the restauran was mostly empty. Yet the service, although friendly and attentive, was absent for long periods of time. Eventually I got to order the Parmigiano-Reggiano Risotto and the Charred Broccolini. The Risotto turned out to be lukewarm at best, poorly prepared, tasteless and, worse of all, dry-blob that stuck to the spoon and would not release; uneatable. Unfortunately, the Charred Broccolini, although tasty, arrived cold. My fellow dinner ordered the Pollo Frito, which arrived with lukewarm chicken and cold mash potatoes; something I have not seen before in any restaurant. Hard to speculate why these things happened, but I venture to guess that, being a Sunday, Esteban and Sarah might have taken the night off (as they deserve) and the staff simply was not up to task. Hopefully this note will assist in "righting the ship".

    Diego at the bar was amazing and best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had. The ice cream is AMAZING and cocktails are delish
