Prost! is a new refreshing experience located in Uptown Bay City! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a lovely patio experience!

Absolutely phenomenal, per usual! I brought some friends from out of town here for a birthday celebration, and it was the highlight of our weekend. The birthday dessert was a hit!

Excellent dinner, service, and ambiance. I love the little wine area that’s a bit quieter for a romantic evening. Great food too!

Thank you for responding, James. We had released the new menu on February 13th, removing the filet and adding on 2 dishes we believed would appeal to more guests for a better price point (Pork Shank and the Salmon Filet). I was able to review your order and see you ordered a carafe of our Tap Wine-- the Toschi Red Blend. Perhaps hearing tap wine equates to "boxed wine" but I could assure you the tap wine system is complex (using nitrogen) to ensure each glass poured is fresh and not oxidized as a boxed wine would. This is a great house wine option that is very popular with our guests. Thank you for spending a special day with us and we are sorry it just wasn't exactly what you were expecting.

We come to Prost regularly for brunch. The food, service, and atmosphere are always top notch. If you prefer high quality food and drinks and a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere come to Prost.

Great! great Great! Went there for a birthday and they really made it special. All of the items we ordered were amazing! We had a board, stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta, French onion soup, blt with fries and ham and cheese with fries. I will definitely go back!
