Founded in the fifties, people have been congregating at Puckett's for over half a century. We've updated a bit, added some recipes from our family and friends, and thrown in some great live music. But it's still Puckett's Grocery... nothing too fancy, but everything good. It's where the locals go for real food, real people and real fun.

Puckett's Columbia was great but could not find my reservation due to there new system does not communicate with the "Open Table' 🙄 reservation. The manager apologize and got my party seated. Open table need to mentioned this to everyone.

One of the best live music venues in Columbia. Food is generally very good, but recent menu changes have eliminated some of our favorites (replaced salmon with trout?!?!), and of course, menu changes = price increases. Service is always top-notch . . . friendly and competent staff. My biggest complaint . . . Puckett's recently added additional lighting (extremely bright lighting), totally ruining the ambiance they once had.

It was a great night, great service and Chloe was very pleasant but temperature in the restaurant was hot during the whole experience.

No explanation for how the experience would work for a holiday meal and were started with salad with no option for a dressing any of us wanted. For six, we were served 3 scoops of dressing, 3 scoops of sweet potato, and so on. No serving utensils. Were not offered anything more than the meager food we received so had no clue we could get more. Server was polite, but you could tell she wasn’t experienced and was easily thrown off by questions. Way too much money for what we got. Go to Puckett’s for their regular menu and avoid the holiday offerings.

We had a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with soup, salad, and a wide selection of meats and vegetables, all you can eat! Wonderful Southern cooking and friendly, attentive service. Delicious desserts and an assortment of drinks rounded out a perfect meal.
