Well, we did their all you can eat Thanksgiving dinner today. First our server was completely scattered, had to ask for plates, had to ask multiple times for napkins, to go boxes. The food was cold, like out of the refrigerator cold. The restaurant was freezing, everybody around kept their jackets on. We will NOT to do this again..

Had Thanksgiving lunch reservations. Thankful they spent their Thanksgiving holiday serving others. When arriving we were seated quickly but the table was not completely clean. The food tasted good but would had been nice if it was hot. The server appeared to have a lot of tables to take care of so we weren’t really concerned about her not offering refills. It was kind of pricey but overall we were happy with our visit. Thank you!

We decided to try Thanksgiving dinner out this year and we like Puckett’s so we figured we would try it. Very busy which we were happy to see. We were seated right away and enjoyed a delicious meal. Salads were excellent and too big to eat! Meats included meat loaf, pulled pork, and of course turkey. With all the expected sides such sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, corn bread stuffing. We took leftovers home, along with pumpkin and pecan pie and apple cobbler. We were really happy with the experience, everyone was wonderful and we will do this again!

All good though a tad bit pricey. Food was excellent. Sad they did not let us eat our dessert there. Cost was $40/person (included drink) plus tax and tip. Great ambiance. Friendly server.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. My only complaint was the smell of the restaurant. The smoke smell was so intense. It gave me an immediate headache. Even the air was smoke filled from the barbecue. I’m assuming. For that reason I couldn’t wait to leave. Other than that, it was a good experience.

It had been years since we visited Puckett’s and decided to make a last minute reservation while at the holiday event on the square. We arrived promptly at 7:15 for the reservation and were immediately seated and drink orders taken which was great. By the time the server came back we were ready to order - within the first 10 minutes of us being there. Our orders were pretty basic, 2 burgers, a pulled pork sandwich and a turkey plate. We were patiently waiting for our food as others around us were seated, ordered and got food while we still waited. Twice our server told us she was “checking on the food” and never came back to update. Finally, our food came out 45 minutes after ordering. It was clear the food had just been sitting under a warmer, the plates were hot but the food was lukewarm. Fries over done, pulled pork and turkey were dry, and the tops of the buns were hard. They had also messed up one of the sides for one of the burgers so had to wait on that to be fixed. After waiting that long and being hungry, we weren’t going to send it back but had to drown the meats in bbq sauce to even remotely enjoy it. The one highlight of the night was the fantastic band that was playing, but definitely won’t be back anytime soon for food after that experience.

Went to the pickets in Franklin and it was the best chicken I’ve ever had..brought out parent to the one in Murfreesboro last night.. over cooked all 4 chickens to the point of almost inedible.. completely disappointed!! Music and service was great..
