   This used to be our favorite restaurant even though it’s pricey it’s a seafood restaurant on the property. I was beyond disappointed in last night’s meal. The langostinos were overcooked and the snapper was inedible at 1600 pesos. It’s very sad because we don’t have a cooking kitchen and now we have only one option on the Vidanta NV property. This chef (cook) admitted he overcooked the fish to the manager but what about the shrimp? The tacos that came with the snapper were burned. I met Mark Walhberg 2 years ago having dinner at Puerto Manjar. The same cook every night this season so it’s over. Seemingly the problem at Vidanta NV. They keep us here and don’t provide good restaurants. Someone needs to train the cooks. Chavez should eat in these restaurants. You don’t need to be a chef to know what good food is.

   So delicious! Catch of the day was yummy. Our waiter Ramon was fantastic - we left our phone and he came running after us 10 minutes later while we were on our way back. We so appreciated it!

   We loved having a date night overlooking the beach and catching the sunset. Great service and food.

   Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful environment. Wonderful entertainment. We celebrated our anniversary and they made it so special. Definitely will eat here again and will bring family and friends

   I had the lobster croquette. It was a greasy mess, although the rice was good. It should be removed from the menu. The salmon was good. The service was uneven. Not at all worth the price.

    Very disappointed! Two entrees out of 3 had to be sent back because they were undercooked. One was the lobster special and they recooked it whixh made it rubbery/inedible. The red snapper special was undercooked and one waiter tried to tell us it was tender which was total BS. One person ordered a bourbon drink and it was closer to a margarita with no bourbon. Other waiter were great but our special dinner was awful!! Don't waste your money here!
