We arrived at 8:30pm and received the meal at 12midnight. Our server had absolutely no customer service and acted as if we were begging food. We ordered a bottle of wine and she just brought the wine and didn’t even bring an ice bucket to chill the wine until we asked for it 3 hours later. The workers walked pass our table back and forth without even stopping once to ask if everything was okay. There were persons who arrived after us and left before us. ( some of them had the same server as we did). We did the couples valentines dinner and the total should have been 11,500 jmd and the wine 5000. When we got our bill it was 32,000 and she brushed it off as if we were wrong. It was a manager there that eventually assisted us. All in all it was a horrible experience and I usually enjoy their food but based on the service received, I have no interest in returning.

Went there after for an after glow just for drinks and music. It was nice and the ambience was just right

We enjoyed the service and the food. This was my second time their with friends celebrating their birthdays. We booked the minimum birthday package. The small balloon décor is really small. Outside of that the food was good, service was friendly.

Spontaneously greeted upon approach. The venue is immaculate and has air conditioning. The food is outstanding and the customer service is on point. It the music gets louder as it gets later into the evening but it is moderate. I would recommend give them a try and look forward to future visits
