   Turns out it was an overpriced buffet. Not a lot of choice. Soggy. The food had been sitting around quite awhile. Steak was good and cooked on the spot. Service was poor. Desserts just ok.

   Hate doing it but have to be honest. My wife and I visited Divi Little Bay November 24 and absolutely loved our Pure Ocean experience. The sit down full table service was great and a big reason that we re-booked again in Jan 25 for our family vacation. We had dinner tonight with Pure Ocean’s new buffet concept and could not have been more disappointed. The food was average, there was no ambiance or experience and we had to serve ourselves from metal bins. We dined with maybe two other parties and watched the staff try to keep busy. Though our server was great, attentive and engaging, the meal lacked in almost every way. We won’t be returning for the rest of our stay and would not recommend until regular table service is restored and the old concept that made Pure Ocean a great experience is brought back.

   Waiter was great, food was disgusting. All of it, not one specific dish, everything we ordered was gross and probably frozen and reheated.
