   Really friendly and quick service. Tasty food and the best gluten free pizza base I have ever had yum! Delicious gluten free cheesecake too. Such a treat to have so much choice as a vegan who is also gluten free. Lovely evening thank you.

   Beth our waiter was lovely, the choice of food was incredible. Very tasty, good portion size. Would visit again.

   Simply brilliant - all 3 pizzas we had were delicious (highly recommend the bbq bourbon fable mushroom one). Also had a side of their mac and cheese, which was delightful. The cheesecake and tiramisu rounded off a great meal. Can’t recommend this place enough.

   I visited puzella on a Saturday evening with 3 friends prior to a show at the arena. We ordered drinks but had to wait ages and eventually my friend went to ask the waitress about them. Another table who came in after us had been served their drinks and their food before we’d even had our drinks! They’d obviously been forgotten and we received them a few minutes later. Having brought the drinks the waitress was going to walk away again so we had to prompt her that we were ready to order our food. The food arrived after an appropriate time. The pizzas were fine. 1 of my friends is coeliac do ordered a gluten free pizza which she said was nice, they can often be disappointing.

   We were met by Kinga who went out of her way to ensure that our first dining experience at Purezza was a most enjoyable experience. Her knowledge of not only the menu but the ingredients used was outstanding. She answered all our many questions with patience & enthusiasm. We all chose from the lunch specials menu which we thought offers a good choice at a fair price. We all thought that the food was delicious. During the weeks before our booking I did have difficulty contacting the restaurant and feel this is an area for improvement. I was booking on behalf of others & would have preferred arriving at the restaurant confident that my questions had been answered. Booking system was easy but it only allows you to book for specials or main menu. I don’t know what would happen if some people in the party wanted the specials & others didn’t. Toilets were clean but would recommend a hand rail going down to them for people with mobile issues.

    Food is always great! Staff are friendly and informative. Atmosphere is relaxed. Best vegan pizza Resturant around! Please come to Liverpool!!
