    To be fair, we are new to gluten free and it was the first ever gf pizza we had. Considering that, it wasn’t that bad. Though, I found it a little expensive (£61 for 2 pizzas, 1 small plate and a 125ml glass of wine). The server was a little rude and didn’t take the time to explain. For example, as she was taking the order, we asked for a pizza that it shows GF on the menu and she said ‘We can’t do that GF’. I kindly asked why as it shows GF on the menu and she replied ‘We just don’t do it’. She seems to be very unhappy and made us feel uncomfortable at times. My daughter is coeliac, so I kindly asked for a few more details on the way the food is cooked and she replied that it might be cross contaminated without further details. I then went to the manager to ask for more details and she was really nice and polite and she explained me that they take precautions as I have read online.

    The pizza was excellent but was not very hot when it arrived. The side dishes were lukewarm too. The service was poor, it took ages to attract a server to ask for black pepper and when the waitress brought it she had an air of couldn’t be bothered. As a vegan I always support fully vegan establishments but was really underwhelmed by the service- no excuse for lukewarm food maybe the staff we’re having an off day, but we won’t recommend.

    Excellent Vegan pizza. Great for one of our party who is lactose intolerant. He could eat anything he wanted, including Mac and cheese and tiramisu! Jess, our waitress was excellent, friendly and helpful.

    Staff were great, very attentive and accommodating even where we asked to change a couple of orders. Food was fantastic, even brought a couple of big meat eaters and they really enjoyed their meals too.

    Food was enjoyable, I liked the Christmas special choices and thought the value for money was decent. The cheese was amazing on the garlic sourdough! However, the service was quite poor and we had to ask for cutlery, napkins, the actual Christmas menu (even though we'd specifically booked for this), and to order dessert. I also don't like having the service charge added to the bill automatically.

    All the options were phenomenal and staff super friendly. Incredible service - gave an extra tip on top of service charge because it was so good. Would always recommend to any vegans and even non vegans.
