At Pyro, our obsession goes beyond the flame. With each spark from our wood burning hearth, we ignite the energy that flows through the doors and into your senses. Our diverse menu walks a fine line between Japanese Izakaya and American Bistro, and our chefs prepare dishes using open flame, live-fire cooking that allows the enhanced natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. A refined yet inviting atmosphere is paralleled with a lush exterior patio, just as an elevated dining experience is matched with an intentionally energetic cocktail bar where the vibe flows through each pour and each beat of music. Flame-licked steaks and intoxicating energy will leave you yearning for a taste of more at Pyro.

Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend the skewers. Unfortunately the service was incredibly slow. Our reservation ended up being nearly three hours, and It took well over an hour to get our entree.

Our service & server was amazing, the food was eh, the short rib friend rice just tasted like eggs and kimchi. The burger was the best thing we ate.

The place was nice, service great, but the food came out a little cold, and some of the dishes were bland. The most flavorful dish was the pork belly skewers

Great night out!! Natalie our server was exceptionally knowledgeable and amazing throughout even though the main entree’s took more than an hour to arrive. They warned us ahead of time and were very apologetic, I didn’t mind or notice personally the vibe was elite, but I was with two hungry ladies on Valentine’s Day and they did.

Had heard rave reviews. Scored an early dinner/ late lunch on Valentine’s Day. Our waiter recommended the dry aged ribeye for two,.. it’s $5.50 per ounce and 20 ounces includes the bone. We were excited about this, and I was excited to have ordered the Pyro plate of big eye tuna. The tuna plate arrived sadly just like a tuna tataki. appetizer. It was thinly sliced on a plate and pretty spicy. The dry aged ribeye was a massive disappointment. It had three slices that were edible, the rest was pure fat. The waiter got the manager who made everything right, gave us a salad while we waited and ordered us the NY strip instead, and kindly comped the salad and the dry aged rib eye. That was kind, Really. Noting that the ribeye was $110 for the smallest portion, which was 90% inedible, and the big eye tuna Pyro plate I imagine would a nice fillet of fish… we were disappointed. The service was great and we truly appreciate them making it right. The table next to us experienced the same issue with their dry aged ribeye, and management made it right for them as well. Just seems significantly overpriced for the food quality. But now we know.

From the moment we arrived - happy hour cocktails and appetizers in the bar all throughout dinner we had a fantastic dining experience. Our bartender Justin was on point and even stopped by to check on us during dinner. Our server, Fiona was knowledgeable, super friendly, fun and took great care of us. The manager stopped by to check on us a couple of times which we appreciated. We shared the Yellowtail sashimi, and the hand rolled spicy salmon. Both were excellent. For dinner we started with the spicy tuna, followed by several sides - the short rib fried rice which everyone highly recommended and seemed to love, we found a bit boring compared to the rest of the dishes. The Roasted Mushrooms were out of this world delicious, and the Gochujang Brussel sprouts were equally impressive. My husband enjoyed the Smoky Melon (Mezcal) cocktail while I enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc wine. We can't wait to go back!
