Servers were polite but not reliable. Drink orders were wrong 2x. Food was bland and was obviously sitting in the kitchen for a while before it was served. It was not hot when it arrived at our table. I expected much better for the price. We will not be returning to your restaurant

The food was good but our service was terrible. Our waiter dropped the menus on us which wouldn’t be a big deal except then her nearly spilled our drinks and then kept putting the place setting on his side of the table instead of in front of us. He was fairly attentive at first but then ignored us the rest of the evening. He would come to the tables next to us and even when we tried to flag him down would turn and walk away. We finally had to get up and get him to get our check. We didn’t get dessert because we didn’t want to wait to order and then have another half hour go by before we could get the check. Overall it was an odd experience.

Our waiter was so attentive . The restaurant was mobbed, but our great waiter ( forgot his name) saw to it that our every need was met. The food was fabulous! Kudos to the restaurant and our waiter for making our family holiday so wonderful.

I always enjoy Quality Italian. The food is great and it was very fun Thanksgiving.

This place is outstanding. Crowded but not overwhelming. Menu is limited, in a good way. The restaurant presents a number of simple and complex options, and everything tastes as fresh as can possibly be. We started with dressed oysters, then a kale salad - both dishes perfectly prepared. Then lobster pasta, and salmon, again extremely fresh. The complimentary table rolls are also nostalgically warm, buttery and seasoned with salt and garlic. I'd only been here for lunch, but definitely coming back for dinner soon!

We were sat, we asked the waiter to give us a minute he came back and we thought we had ordered, we wanted the lasagna for 2, I said “yeah we’ll do that” after he explained the whole dish to us. Then came back and i ordered a drink, well an hour or more goes by and we are wondering where our food is, finally the waiter is nearby so i ask, never put our order in. By this time its 9:30 and we dont want to wait anymore so we ended up leaving, they comp’d our drinks and that was it. No apology nothing. And he never came to ask if we were ready to order either. Very upset and felt very disrespected.

Pacheri was oversalted and the portion was skimpy. I have always been a fan. This time I was disappointed. Limited brunch menu on Saturday was also disappointing.

This was our second time to dine here. Love the ambience. The food in general was not as good this time as it was when we dined here last year.
