   So disappointed by the food tonight! Everything was under seasoned. The octopus and beans were very dry — lacked acid and even oil. Meatballs were solid, but also needed seasoning Our steak was blue rare (we’d asked for medium rare). very tough, and incredibly under seasoned. The lobster pasta was ok, however the pasta itself was so far beyond aldente that we couldn’t puncture it with our forks. Our server was very pleasant but touched our table so often that it was hard for us to enjoy our time together. In previous visits, we always ignored the higher price point because the food was worth it. As someone who has worked in F&B for years, it was clear that our dishes were prepared without care and that our server was not trained for the type of dining experience QI typically provides.

   Excellent food, fun service, great atmosphere. I had the fresh oysters which were perfectly cold and salty, followed by the cacio e pepe with shaved black truffles. I would eat everything again.

   I typically love Quality Italian and have never had any issues. However, our experience this time was not great. The chicken Parm pizza was barely room temperature and definitely didn’t feel like it was fresh. Our server was very friendly , but we had multiple things taken away from us before we were finished. We definitely felt rushed. It was our last family dinner before our daughter was going back to school and we really wanted a slow paced nice evening as a family.

   I believe his name was Andrew ( I'm sorry if that's not accurate) , he was outstanding! I was celebrating my birthday this past Saturday and we was truly amazing! We were in the back right corner and he made us feel so special and the food was amazing. I am not one to right reviews but his service was outstanding and my boyfriend and I haven't been able to stop talking about how impressed we were. Thank you Andrew for making us feel so special and we can't wait to be back :)

   We absolutely love Quality Italian. The food is top notch and the service is out of this world. The team is always on top of the small things like drink refills and cleaning the table. The wine selection is outstanding and the knowledge from the servers regarding the wine menu is truly remarkable. We also love the ambience of the restaurant as well as the music they play. Specifically, Jolene has provided outstanding service to us over our last two visits. She’s a huge part of the reason we keep coming back, aside from everything mentioned above.
