   I can’t imagine going to NYC and NOT eating at QI. The Ricotta, the Spicy Lobster alla Vodka, and the Toasted Marshmallow are some of the tastiest bites you can get anywhere. 10/10

   The service and food were top notch. We had the chicken parmigiana pizza and the lobster pasta and an amazing pork chop with cherries. Incredible atmosphere!

   When being seated the hosted broke some glassware and we moved tables and then were not given a drink menu for nearly 10 minutes. Server was not checking in on us and drinks were empty for extended periods of time. I was also brought the wrong drink which then made me wait even longer for the right one. I noted on the reservation that I was celebrating a birthday which the original hostess acknowledged but for dessert had no candle despite seeing several other tables with birthday candles that night. Just felt like we were not getting attention like several other tables which after having glass shattered everywhere was a bit surprising.

   Very pleased with the food Service and decor Will be back This is the second Quality restaurants I’ve tried and looking forward to trying another We were 2 couples and we all had something different and we all enjoyed our dining experience

   We had an amazing dinner at Quality Italian and will be back! The service was incredible and R.J.,the General Manager, made multiple stops by our table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves! Splurge on the burnt marshmallow gelato for dessert - it is worth every calorie!
