   As a part of 12, we were very well looked after despite how busy it was in the pre-Christmas lunch rush. Food was authentic and delicious and the overall ambience of Quando Quando is lively and upbeat. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back!

   I'm disappointed with my experience as I expected great things after seeing reviews of Quando Quando. The food was tasty, but nothing outstanding. The service was beyond poor. I walked in at a pretty quiet time and told them I had a booking. The waiter thought it was appropriate to assume I was with the only other person of Asian descent in the restaurant, rather than asking for the name of the booking. This was made worse by a waitress nearby laughing at his mishap. I received no apology. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're a fan of racial microaggressions.

   Great Italian restaurant well located in the Melbourne CBD. They specialise in food from Southern Italy and have a great menu with awesome specials. The winelist is also good and coffee is superb!

   What a gem in the heart of Melbourne. We were welcomed with good old fashioned hospitality. Not kicked out after 2 hours, no set menus for more than 8 people. Vino and Jacopo were the perfect hosts. Authentic Italian food at its best. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful evening, everyone was so happy, we will be back.
