   Been to qubana before and enjoyed it, but last night was very disappointing. Chose to book downstairs, hence not booking the terrace. On arrival our table wasn’t ready, we were then taken upstairs to the terrace, decided it wasn’t what we’d booked so asked if we could sit downstairs, got seated downstairs and when I asked why we’d been seated upstairs the manager said you have to put in your request not to be seated upstairs, odd as I specifically didn’t book the terrace. Our table was booked for 7:30, no food by 9.15 so we left to go elsewhere. Felt sorry for the waiting staff who were all very pleasant but clearly embarrassed at the service. We did give some feedback on the way out to manager but basically it boiled down to that they’d had a large party in and only have a small kitchen. I would definitely not go on a Saturday night again, they shouldn’t book up the restaurant if their kitchen is unable to cater for the tables. Wish I’d have looked at reviews before booking as it seems to be a regular thing.

   Food wasn't great and took an hour to arrive. The drinks were over priced and bar service slow. Need to decide if they are a restaurant or pre-nightclub bar because those of us wanting a romantic anniversary meal don't want to be eating listening to the rowdy hen parties. Wish we'd gone elsewhere

   Food was delicious (tapas selection). Staff very friendly and service from them good. Orders slow to arrive and we were missing an item (only realised this morning!) Too noisy to chat comfortably - not the music - echoed and harsh as lots of hard surfaces so noise of busy restaurant not softened.

   Really lovely lunch with 5 girlfriends. Food was amazing. Staff were brilliant, didn’t rush us and were very attentive. Atmosphere was great . Would highly recommend

   We really enjoyed the food, and the service was good. The restaurant wasn't very warm though, probably because of it's high ceilings.

   It takes a lot for us to complain however Quabana was terrible service from the start of our experience. It took nearly half an hour after our booking time to seat us and it took nearly an hour to get 4 plates of cold food orders. Tasty food but we were late getting back and had to pay for extra child care due to the delay in taking orders and getting our food. We were informed that we were not the only people to have issues. And they had a new system where only one person was taking orders. After speaking with the assistant manager however take off our drinks from the bill. We wont be going back there any time soon.

   Food took time to come and it was cold. Steak was dry as if it had been cooked and placed in a warmer for sometime. The space was cold and the heater turned off every few minutes and one had to get up and turn it back on which disrupted the meal. Would not go back again

   Was a lovely meal. Service was great very attentive. There was a live guitarist and the ambiance was great. A good experience. A little pricey but expect to pay that for good food

   Sat on the terrace and it was spectacular. Nice and warm, great service and the food was perfect.

    We booked our table at 6.00, we received our food at 7.25. we had a show at the theatre at 8.00pm.which we needed to be there for. The food was lovely but we didn't get to enjoyy it because we were eating it so quickly. A huge shame and ruined the first part of our evening. Tables that ordered much after us receive their food before us which was unfair. We were very disappointed with the service.
