Join us for an Omakase Cooking Class at Queen Miami Beach! Inspired by our chef’s decade in Miami and the city’s booming Japanese gastronomy scene, these classes are crafted to teach you sushi-making skills and enhance your appreciation for this exquisite cuisine. In our elegant Omakase Room, guests will enjoy sushi-making in a lively happy-hour atmosphere. Chef Kamakura will greet you, share his culinary journey, and guide you through the class, all while you enjoy champagne. Our menu is designed for easy home replication. In the class, you'll prepare six sushi rolls, including traditional makis, and master key techniques like rice handling, and blending professional skills with family traditions.

We had lovely time in our sushi omakase class. The chef was very knowledgeable and fun. The server and the chef helper were also super kind. We had plenty of sushi to eat and even bring home. They also gave us goodie bags before we left. Thanks so much for making my husband birthday so special.

Just an amazing experience, start to finish. We participated in the sushi-making class with wine flight. It was informative and fun. The fish is always incredibly fresh, and the kitchen works around my food allergies seamlessly. The venue itself is also beautiful. Big fan, all-around.

Max is a gifted chef! The food was sensational, every mouthful was exquisite. Definitely worth the money for a unique experience in a beautiful setting

We’ve been to Queen before, but this was our first time doing the Omakase experience and it was phenomenal! Each dish was better than the next, the dessert was absolutely delicious, the vibes were high, chef Kamakura was incredible. We’re already ready to go back!

Amazing!!! A must do the staff, the food the experience just wow. Hands down the best sushi class we have done, the chef so much fun everyone was so pleasant and happy and we couldn’t be happier for such a fantastic experience. The espresso martinis were fabulous so so yummy.

Absolutely spectacular experience. Chef max really showed out. One of the best omakases I’ve ever enjoyed. Period.

Cannot recommend this experience enough!!! The food was nothing short of incredible, the service was amazing, the chef was so fun and and informative. Definitely our favorite meal during our trip and we will be back next time we are in Miami!
