   Quetzal never disappoints. The food, service, ambiance, everything was perfection and my friend really enjoyed her dining experience at this establishment. Highly reccomend!

   We had a lovely experience. It’s was our second visit to Quetzel and this time we were a party of 6. We enjoyed the curated menu and everything was delicious. Service was excellent. It’s a must try!

   Overall vibe & food were very good. Disappointed that it was my partners birthday which I mentioned when booking & the dessert came with no candle or acknowledgement of the occasion. Restaurant was also extremely loud.

   Aguachille starter was a bit fishy, bone marrow and shrimp and empanada were excellent, pork was a bit heavy and avocado ice cream was a great finish to the meal. Ambiance was nice but a bit overcrowded and loud, service was excellent.

   We had the curated menu at Quetzal and it was fantastic! The portions were generous and the favours were very fine tuned. We definitely will go again to try everything else on their menu!

   The bar tender who served us as we sat at the bar was super helpful and gave great insight on the menu. The food was amazing where as we wanted to order the whole menu after tasting the apps. Love the modern cantina look of it as well

   My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Quetzal. There is a subtle smoky smell upon entry since they do almost every dish over natural fire and wood. Noise level is moderate since people are chatting and having a good time. Staff were incredibly friendly and meticulous with everything: attention to detail is evident with everyone there. Favourite dish was definitely the Pork Secreto Al Pastor. The fat is rendered perfectly and it melts in your mouth with each bite. The charcoal sear on the exterior adds a subtle crunch which just elevates the dish even more - highly recommend getting it! Will definitely be revisiting in the future to try the Chef’s Counter.

    My experience at Quetzal last night was transcendent, truly. My partner and I had had a hiccup a few years back where our reservation got cancelled by the restaurant last minute due to a staffing issue (covid was a wild time) and then you got your (well deserved) Michelin star, which meant reservations became next to impossible. So, last night, we were to finally be able to visit, and we could not have been more excited. We expressed this to our server (Gen I believe) who demonstrated the most elegant, warm, and thoughtful hospitality for the entire evening. Her recommendations were spot on and the timing of the coursing was impeccable. The somm (I regrettably forget his name) recommended the most fabulous Spanish red that completely lit up the meal, and treated us to a taste of calvados and an earthy, smokey house mezcal blend. Outstanding. There was even a birthday candle in my dessert, a touch that we didn’t even need to ask for. The food was sublime. Every dish was a bullseye— but the bone marrow/shrimp situation and the lamb barbacoa empanada left us speechless. Our whole evening was a dining experience that made us feel so welcomed, so celebrated, and so profoundly grateful to have finally been able to dine at your table. We will be talking about this for years to come.
