Arrived from Rome in 2014, the Mancini family decided to change their lives and embark on a new and exciting adventure in Australia. After several experiences as Chefs in Italy and also in Australia, Valentina and Otello decide in 2019 to return on the market with a singular hospitality concept that had already been successful in Rome since 2010 . Radici Pasta House, in Italian language “Radici” means roots indicating the intention to offer a cuisine deeply rooted in Italian food culture with a modern accent and an extreme attention to the overall experience. Head Chef Marco Minore, who also joined Radici Pasta House in 2019, with his menu has contributed to giving life to this project which, in addition to the particular chef table seats around the bar, represents something unique in Gold Coast and beyond.

    I was born and raised in Rome, and the Cacio e Pepe pasta was one of the best I've ever had. Plus, the experience of hearing the staff and owners speak the beautiful Italian language made it even more enjoyable!

    Food was amazing and staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Sat outside on a beautiful summer night. Platter board and squid is off its head as starters. Followed with the pork fettuccini and pumpkin gnocchi OMG. The smell coming out of this place lived up to all our expectations. Yum. Yum. Yum. 😋

    Food was bland .. yet not even cracked pepper was offered which is pretty standard. The service was minimal .. we had to ask for service like flag staff down as they went past. We wouldn't be returning or recommending.

    Came here about 12 months ago and it was unbelievable. We ordered the same dishes this time and were quite disappointed. The truffle mushroom pasta had about two pieces of sausage in the whole thing and no taste of truffle. It also came out lukewarm. The tiramisu we finished with seemed like the bottom half was completely frozen. We came for a birthday and indicated this when booking however nothing was included in the dessert/at all. Hopefully just an off night but was quite a letdown compared to our first experience we had raved about.
