While the food was good and the location is great, I can't get over how terrible the service was. Servers looked confused like it was their first day on the job. I left a substantial deposit for the set menu and everyone kept asking me whether I had a normal booking or not. if you spend that much money in advance they should know. We weren't given cutlery or napkins and had to ask multiple times to get them. Ultimately, we stepped out to the terrace like every other guest, and even specified we were going to be back at the table, but got back in to find people sitting at our table and our belongings brought to reception. That was absurd. Nobody else was removed from their table and I find that absolutely appalling.

Absolutely fabulous night at this stunning bar… the music, surroundings and staff were amazing - a special thanks to Szaby!!!! Thank you Szaby for making our visit so special…. 5 ladies for a big 60 birthday and you were amazing - we will definitely be back soon xxx

My first visit to this cocktail bar and it was lovely going down into the secret bay and then up via the lift. The place was absolutely gorgeous and both the waitress and the barman were super friendly. It was a lovely place with amazing views 10/10

The hostess that sat us was very nice and made us feel welcomed. The 2 djs were great (never saw a dj sing in her set before pretty cool). The food and drinks were good overall. The service however was lackluster. Took forever to have a waiter come to the table had to wave endlessly. Second they forgot to put a drink order and food order twice meaning excessive wait time especially for the food.

Paying £20 for a cocktail here is beyond outrageous—especially when even NOBU charges £14 for theirs. NOBU! You should seriously rethink your pricing strategy. Wouldn’t it be better to have reasonably priced cocktails and a packed venue, rather than overpriced drinks and an empty bar on a Friday night?

A great venue to stop in for drinks and nibbles, but not ideal for a dinner, or a meal. Lovely interiors with heated outdoor seating, but the food came out in dribs and drabs instead of as a whole and the service was pretty slow for such a relaxed venue that wasn't even at 50% capacity. Would go back for drinks
