Service was good. Was expecting a different menu. The menu on line offered Ciopino but was told that was the “old” menu. My wife had grouper and said it was flavorless. I had the chicken parmigiana and the chicken was tough. Difficult to cut, even with a knife. The waiter went out of the way to accommodate us. Even went down to Bongos to get a drink my wife asked for. Kind of a downer since it was our 47th wedding anniversary.

Lack of positive ambiance. Hard to find location unless staying at resort. Italian red sauce dishes with bolognese not tasty and seems to be out of a can flavor.

We had a rough start to our experience. I’m disabled and use a cane to walk. Flights of stairs are difficult and dangerous for both me and my wife, due to my left side paralysis and my overall lack of balance. So when we pull up to the valet stand, it’s pouring down rain and breezy. The attendant sees that I’m going to need help, he tells us that the elevator is broken and that we’ll need to walk out in the rain to the end of the building and get on the freight elevator and enter the kitchen and walk through it to the dining area. This was a lot of work for someone who has trouble walking to begin with. The slightly slippery floor in the kitchen was scary, but we made it to our table safely. We made an error choosing our table, because we were in an active area for staging table settings and opening wine, and tossing the empty bottles into a trash bin. This was our error because we sat at the first table that we reached after our trek from the parking lot. The food was served in a timely basis and at perfect intervals. All of our food selections were served hot, had wonderful flavors and were proportioned correctly! The food is worth trying, but not if you’re mobility challenged. Also, the manager personally escorted us from our table, through the kitchen, down the freight elevator, and had the valet bring our car down to the end of the building. That was very thoughtful!

Delicious as usual. Always good to be back at the pink shell and know that we don’t have to go anywhere for a great dinner!

The food was delicious and our server was fantastic. I would definitely recommend dinner here.

This is our second time at Rae's. We loved it on both occasions. The food is really good. We loved the grouper and the tuna special.

It was a beautiful restaurant and the sunset view was amazing. Our waitress was awesome. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The food was great. Even the 2 young men working valet were amazing. Definitely will return again.

Very bright lights. Service was way too fast. 3 course cake at spoons the same time. Very rushed.
