Absolutely disgusting meal- the meat and chicken were both inedible and tasted genuinely uncooked. Lived in NYC for 28 years and never had such a disgusting meal WITH poor service.

GET THERE EARLY FOR BRUNCH!!!!! if late, no almond croissant...just other baked goodies...we ate the wonderful baked eggs and the tuna tartare -- delicious and good sized portions. the small wine list is adequate for brunch.` `Our waiter Carlos is super professional, having worked in many multi-star restos. Cozy vibe in both bar and dining room areas...worth reserving well in advance ``````````````

Rafs is a gem and one of a kind cafe. The food is delicious. I had the French omlette with crème fraise. Excellent. The wait staff is superb very attentive. The host was very accommodating finding us a booth table that was very comfortable and quiet.
