GET THERE EARLY FOR BRUNCH!!!!! if late, no almond croissant...just other baked goodies...we ate the wonderful baked eggs and the tuna tartare -- delicious and good sized portions. the small wine list is adequate for brunch.` `Our waiter Carlos is super professional, having worked in many multi-star restos. Cozy vibe in both bar and dining room areas...worth reserving well in advance ``````````````

We went for brunch and enjoyed every bite! The pastry basket was delicious and the egg dishes were perfect.

Rafs is a gem and one of a kind cafe. The food is delicious. I had the French omlette with crème fraise. Excellent. The wait staff is superb very attentive. The host was very accommodating finding us a booth table that was very comfortable and quiet.

We had the most wonderful dinner celebrating my wife’s birthday. The food, ambience and service were all amazing. We will definitely be going back!

Not sure I would describe the loudness as energetic, it was too loud to enjoy a conversation with my guest. Definitely a younger/hip crowd. Food was good, small portions. They seem to lack servers compared to the number of diners. Everyone seemed harried.

Honestly, the best dining experience in downtown Manhattan. Staff, amazing. Food, delicious. Diet Coke, crispy and cold. Owners, hot. 10/10 highly recommend. Bring your family. Bring a lover and conduct an affair. Have a besties dinner. Whatever the occasion, RAF’s is well suited and well appointed.
