   The venue is lovely really pretty at Christmas but omg the food is poor. For £50 pp set menu the amount of food is really lacking. I ordered the duck starter which was just 4 slices of cold duck, needed a salad or something. The main I had was chicken schnitzel which was bland but the carrots and beans that came as a side was nice, dessert was 3 cheap donut balls and sauce- for £30pp okay, but £50? That’s wild. £58 if you include the service charge Also my colleague ordered a bubblegum cocktail which was meant to have gin and amaretto, and it came in a Prosecco glass- thick and creamy white liquid that had a dried strawberry floating in the middle. It was bad and weird.

   Busy night so can’t fault the staff or the noise… would love to come back here on a quieter night eg when no Xmas parties!

   Very friendly and attentive service. Great tasting food. Portions are quite small though. Good value for the quality

   Broad drinks menu and varied food menu, from small bites to full on roast dinner, something for everyone. Attentive, helpful staff. Great ambiance and a range of seating options that allow you to keep it casual or have a family get together. I had the roast turkey christmas style accompanied by chilli apple sauce, cauliflower cheese sauce and a giant yorkshire pudding, delicious.

   I was concerned about the booking after reading some reviews but really didn’t need to worry. Visited on a Saturday evening - great ambience, excellent attentive service and delicious food! Can’t fault the place at all.

   Really slow service, items forgotten. Couldn’t speak to a waitress and no one around. Cold food when it arrived.

   Good all round. Drinks were a bit expensive and half filled at points (cocktails). Food alright just quite small for the price.

   Lovely venue ,but does get very busy and noisy during the December month . Food as always very good ,great variety to suit everyone . Service very good ,and staff attentive and friendly .

    Long overdue 5 star review. We are there all the time, we live locally. Our favourite place to eat in London. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for us and the food and ambience are always consistently amazing. Keep on doing what you’re doing 😄
