Food was really nice as was the wine and atmosphere. But the service was non existent. After seating nobody came to our table for over 45mins. In the end we had to look around the restaurant and eventually the seating host outside the restaurant came up to take our order an hour after seating us. The food took another 40mins to arrive and was delicious. Nobody came to our table again for the rest of the evening we had to search around the restaurant again to find someone to pay our bill. Food and drink were great, the atmosphere and setting was great but the service was terrible.

Three of us went there for a breakfast business meeting at 8am. The food was good, service excellent and the noise levels low. Good food and a great place to meet which is conveniently close to the Victoria rail, tube and bus terminals.

Service was fine, food very average for the price. Only 3 out of 8 people enjoyed their main course. Chewy lamb and extremely small portion of the Cod loin. The bill came with an automatic addition of 13.5% service charge which we found excessive and presumptuous. We will not be returning.

We had an excellent time. I booked at the last minute for my daughter’s birthday. The staff were very welcoming and the food was lovely.

We enjoyed a really pleasant evening at the Rail House. We shared small plates and they were delicious. There were a good range of cocktails and it was all quite reasonably priced. I would recommend!
