   We were a party of 10 for brunch, service was good considering a busy Sunday but the food was below average. Breakfast (toast, mushroom, bacon) was charred/burnt and the same for children’s sausages and chips were way too salty).

Our toast is cooked on the grill, which gives it a charred effect that we intentionally aim for, but we completely understand that preferences vary. That said, we’ll be reviewing the seasoning levels on dishes like the children’s sausages and chips to ensure they’re just right.    Great location and good food. There were some operational issues in the kitchen which caused delays. The staff were considerate and apologised.

   Always an enjoyable lunch here. Food is always good and service very friendly & attentive. The downside to this place are the toilets. They really need to look at these. Most of them don’t flush and 2 of the 3 sinks the taps had no water.

   Lovely food but small portions for the price, beautiful interior, staff were kind and quick to help. However was very loud (mostly because of valentines) and the tables were quite close together making it feel like i was on a double date with the table next to us! But overall would recommend on a quieter night.

    A warm welcome from the time we entered the restaurant, particularly from the experienced MaitreD. Food was fresh and tasty. Buzzing with lots of happy customers The only reason I have knocked a star off is because we must have been sat near an air conditioner and it was a bit chilly.
