12.12.12 We began a journey together with the community of Hudson, Massachusetts. An idea to open a small flatbread shop evolved into something we could only dream about. Our story is about a community's hope to do something special and to bring attention back to the things that matter most- like sitting around a fire, with warm friends, cold beers and great flatbread! Although delicious wood fired flatbread pizza is the champion on our menu it's just the beginning -we are a family friendly restaurant offering unique spins on new American comfort food classics like burgers, chicken tenders, tacos and mac and cheese to name a few.

Good service. It’s just always SO loud in there when it’s busy. I had a salad which was okay. My husband and friends loved the flatbread.

Food was great, but seating was cramped and being greeted with “we have a 90 minute seating policy” left us with less a than welcome feeling.

Even though we had a reservation, we had a 20 minute wait. With 4 young hungry children that was not easy. Our waitress, Casey, was excellent. The noise level very high. The food was average

As I've written before, Rail Trail has the best pizza I've had outside of Italy. Just fantastic. The service is as good as the pizza. Wonderful staff. They are friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make it a great experience. In the past I've been critical of the dark beer choices since COVID--so many IPAs, Pale Ales, DIPAs, sours, etc., and so few Brown Ales, Porters, and Stouts. While there are still few if any dark beers on tap, there were some new and interesting choices in beers and cans this time. I had the Firestone Parabolita (stout) yesterday. It was outstanding.

Food was great but service was slow. It took us over 30 minutes for us to get our check! We ate in less than 15 minutes and were just waiting for our server to come. We asked for boxes and it took a while to get and then once we got them the server left and did not come back with our check for a while.

It was a busy night, but we were seated in a timely manner. Our waitress took our drink orders and answered our menu questions. We had a bit of a wait to get our food, but it was worth the wait. Our waitress was attentive and refilled drinks as needed. She also gave us a complimentary dessert due to the wait for or food. We much appreciated that and took her up on it.

I went here with a friend for lunch. It was absolutely delicious and we split the sweet chili cauliflower and a small special vodka chicken meatball flatbread. Everything was very good and our waitress was excellent!

After making a reservation on Open Table, we arrived fifteen minutes early and were happy to be seated in ten minutes. As a party of two, we were scrunched in between two other parties of two. We were fairly deep into the venue, yet there was a cold wind draft that encircled us frequently. It’s great that it’s a popular place but it was quite noisy. Sometimes the servers couldn’t hear our requests. Our server was generally good, but he missed a couple of our requests the first time and seemed distracted or perhaps overwhelmed. The food was extraordinary. We had the carrot hummus as an appetizer, recommended by a friend and it was really tasty. She had an eggplant bowl and I had the harvest bowl. Both were very good, though our server led me to believe that my food choice would be warm in temperature and not too spicy, both of which weren’t true. We’ll recommend the place to others for the food, but not for the atmosphere.
