    My kids love this place. I come here often for them. I believe service is what makes or breaks an experience and this time around we had a great waiter who was very attentive.

    Requested a booth and was told a booth was not available. Sat at a table next to an empty booth for the entire time we dined so that was disappointing. Waiter was nice, but didn’t realize the kids never received their meals until we asked for them. Food was good once received. Overall a fun experience for entire family. Do recommend.

    When we arrived at 5pm no one was there to greet us for about 5 minutes. We made reservations but the restaurant was empty so reservations wasn’t needed. We started with appetizers fried chicken lettuce wraps no flavor and the fried chicken was terrible dry with no seasoning. Our entrees came she had the fish tacos and I had shrimp platter. The fish taco tortilla was supposed to be to be soft but was hard and no flavor. My shrimp platter was decent some of the shrimp was over cooked. It was the slow season when we visited January 2025. I feel there was not enough love and patience into cooking the food. Very disappointed me and my wife was celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we went to the same restaurant we had our first date. There should be more care into the preparation of the food.

    Rain Forest is a great fun dinning experience atmosphere and food are excellent as well as service.

    Mold on my friends burger bun- they took it off the bill but then did not comp her buttered noodles ($8). undercooked coconut shrimp (they did take it off the bill) and then the waiter ignored us for a while.

    This was such a unique restaurant. My husband and I over the vibe and can’t wait to return! We highly recommend.
