So I had a reservation for 7:15pm Saturday night. I arrived at 7:10pm with my family and told the hostess my name. She said I was already there. Another family saw her tablet and took over my reservation and she allowed it to happen.

Service was awesome! We were seated in a really good area of the restaurant but unfortunately the gorila wasn’t working and making a clicking sound the entire time. Our drinks were delicious and love the souvenir cups but our food was way too expensive for the quality. The veggies with my dinner definitely came from a bag that was thrown in the microwave to warm up. My chicken and mashed potatoes were good but not worth the $35.99 my meal costed. My partners meal was the trio and he said was very delicious. Although I still recommend people to come here as it’s definitely a very cool place, I hope the restaurant can fix some of the animatronics and the quality of food.

The restaurant was very quiet… the server was not attentive at all. The food was just ok. It has been a lot better at other rainforest locations. Seafood was overcooked and some greasy. I don’t think all the animations were working.

our service was understandable for how busy it was. the fish tacos were terrible, did not taste good at all. the appetizer dish took well over an hour to come out and was okay, parts were cold. our main dishes took a very long time. the thunder was neat, but SO loud. the restaurant was extremely hot, and the bathrooms were freezing. the booth space was neat, but the base and backing kept detaching from the frame of the booth. the price point for the food was not worth what you were getting. for $32 tacos, they better be the best i've ever tasted, and sadly they were far from that. luckily the manager took them off our bill because my sister and i only were able to eat one each. seems like the kitchen needed some support or extra staffing.

Unfortunately, only a couple of options on the menu that were actually gluten free. But my meal was brought out separately and guaranteed with no cross contamination- so that was great! It’s a fun place for kids. The frog even came out with balloons for the kids. Our waitress was lovely.

Atmosphere is very cool. We found the selection of food not so good. The price for this food that we barely even wanted was ridiculous!!!! Stroller parking was outside the restaurant in a corner that anyone could grab it from and no one was monitoring. Disappointed.

Our reservation was for 2/9/25 at 12 pm. The night before, the kitchen had a grill fire, and they were still cleaning an hour after when they were supposed to be open (11 a.m.). The hostess never asked if we had a reservation. Just asked how many and took us to a table. If they had read the reservation, they would know we were celebrating for my birthday. This was also my first time visiting (may be the last from this experience), and I've wanted to go ever since I was a kid. Management apparently never told our waiter about the menu issues because he didn't find out until he got back to the kitchen to put in our order that HALF the menu was unavailable. We only got our smoothies and our spinach and artichoke dip. Everything else we wanted, we couldn't order. There were basically only salads, pasta, and some burgers. None of the apps, sides, seafood, or steaks. The final straw was when I took a bite of the spinach and artichoke dip and suddenly felt a burning sensation on my tongue. It tasted chemically like there was some cross-contamination with cleaning supplies. By this point, all the noises from the animatronics were getting too overstimulating for me and my friend (we are both autistic). We paid for the drinks and dip and left. I felt bad for our waiter, Ross, having to deal with all that. He did the absolute best with what he could. Honestly, the restaurant should've just stayed closed for the day until everything was back up and running. This was the main reason I was visiting Canada, and it was such a disappointment...
