We were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, the fun scenery that was like a jungle, and the food was amazing! The only thing that wouldn’t be 5 stars would be the service. Our waiter was sweet but he was not very attentive. We really didn’t see him much. We had to get silverware from another table because he never came to give us any after our food arrived. It took a while to get our check as well as a to-go box. Other than that, we really enjoyed it and would go again!

The worst place to eat at the Opry Mills Mall. We started with the sampler platter as an appetizer and everything was bland and the spinach artichoke dip was lukewarm. I don’t think they have seasonings in the back at all. I ordered the shrimp sampler platter and all the shrimp were bland and had a terrible texture like they had been sitting around for a while. My father had the bbq bacon burger which had no bbq sauce. Our server was inattentive and rude. I had to ask for a water so many times I lost count but she continued to push more alcoholic beverages on me. When I ordered I asked if I could sub the rice for a salad, the waitress was extremely snippy with me and said that I could only choose the ones over on the side, which was fine and I said I would sub fries and add a side salad. When the food came out I had rice on the plate and when I told the waitress that I had asked for fries instead she loudly told me no I didn’t and I was wrong but she would bring me fries anyway. Also this place is completely inaccessible if you are in a wheelchair. They placed people right behind my mother’s wheelchair and made it near impossible to get out, they had people sitting in the walkways and the only way we were able to get out was by having a different staff member ask people to move their chairs. If there was an emergency there would have been no way to get out. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and would never go back.

My Fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food was amazing so that was a plus. The pricing for food is $$ ($40-$60). We shared and appetizers and pasta entree; it was more than enough food for both of us. This is a 10/10 recommendation.

Had such a great time at rainforest cafe. The food was awesome. Service was great as well.

Waited over an hour for the food. tables sat after us received their food first ate and had left. Waitress was kind but seem flustered. Drinks sat empty. Not many people there.

We love it. Foods good, not great and it’s a bit chaotic. We’ll go back.
