Raíz is a haute cuisine restaurant where the heart is corn. Every day we grind and nixtamalize our corn, in an artisanal way, coming from small producers around the Valley of Mexico. Complemented by seafood dishes, sustainable fishing, and a careful selection of world wines and spirits where Agave distillates play a leading role.

Amazing experience. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable, and very attentive. For what you pay and what you get it is an awesome value. We really loved every bite.

El lugar es muy agradable, la comida esquisita, sin embargo al pagar la cuénta nos quedamos un poco platicando y se acercaron a invitarnos a desocupar la.mesa por que ya la tenían asignada interrumpiendo nuestra conversación, eso fue muy desagradable, además de inecesario, eran las 17:35 horas, lo que significa que no es.hora pico, además habían tres mesas desocupadas, y sólo una pareja en la.entrada solicitando mesa. Toda la experiencia tan agradable se derrumbó en un segundo! Yo no volveré! Espero que si van, tengan una mejor experiencia final.

The location, ambiance and service are good. The food was a big disappointment. I really hope they can perform radical changes in their kitchen. The pictures they have online have nothing to do with the way they present the plates.

All in all this was one of the most amazing dining experiences from their service to wine selection, taste and presentation of the food it was a five star treat.

This should be a Michelin star!! This is truly great Mexican food, and the service is so attentive and polite. They really care about you here, and everything is truly 5*. We can’t wait to return here on our next visit! This was a wonderful experience.
